Craig C. Johnson,
General Manager/Agent Craig grew up on the family farm north of Sawyer where he farmed with his father for over 30 years. In 1995, he became the 4th generation to take over the farm. Craig has been in the insurance business for 21 years and has extensive knowledge in both farm and crop insurance. He and his wife, Rhonda, reside in Minot. Brent A.
Borud, Agent Brent grew up in the Stanley area where his father owned and operated a John Deere dealership and farmed in the Berthold area. His father and brother continue to farm in the Berthold area. Brent received his Bachelors Degree from Minot State University in Business Management with a minor in Accounting. Brent has been in the insurance industry for 12 years specializing in farm, property and casualty insurance and Multi-Peril Crop Insurance. Katie M. Fegley, Agent
Katie grew up
in Berthold, ND where her parents continue to farm. After graduating from high
school, she attended North Dakota State University in Fargo and graduated with
Bachelor Degrees in English and Mass Communications. Katie began her insurance
career as an independent agent with Farmers Insurance Group before starting at
Town & Country Insurance Agency in 2007. Katie continues to live in
Berthold with her husband, Nathan, and their children, Clay and Claire.

Connie R. Plesuk, Agent/CSR Connie grew up on a dairy and grain farm near Kongsberg, ND. She graduated from the Minot College of Business with a Civil Service Degree. She has been specializing in crop insurance for the past eight years and is very well versed. Connie is also a property and casualty licensed agent. She and her husband, John, live on a taxidermy/game farm southeast of Minot. Joy L. Zaharia, Agent/CSR Joy grew up on a dairy farm in central Minnesota and moved to
Valley City, ND with her family in 1991 where she managed the dairy operations
for a local farmer until graduating from high school. She attended NDSU and
later transferred to, and graduated from Valley City State University with a
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. Joy
has nine years of insurance industry experience and is a property and casualty

Darlene T. Varberg, Agent/CSR Darlene grew up on a farm northeast of Glenburn with four brothers and one sister. She and her husband, Jere, live on a farm southwest of Minot. They farm in the surrounding area. Darlene is a crop, property and casualty licensed agent, but her job consists of taking care of accounting issues and assists in crop insurance. They have two children who are married and their family is now growing with grandchildren. Her favorite past times are spending time with her family and friends and working in her yard. Brooke L. Norlin, Agent/CSR Brooke grew up on a farm near Sherwood with her parents and
sister. Her parents continue to farm and she still enjoys helping out
during harvest. Brooke and her husband, Lance, currently live in Minot.
In 2009, Brooke started her insurance career with Town & Country Insurance.

Carly A. Schachtschneider, Receptionist/CSR Carly was born and raised in Minot. She graduated from Minot High School in 2007 and attended Minot State University studying graphic design and marketing. Carly joined the team at Town & Country Insurance in 2011 and looks forward to learning more about the insurance business. Teresa A. Olson, Agent/CSR Teresa grew up on a farm one mile south of Upham as an only child. She graduated from Minot State University, and there, she met her husband, Dale. They lived in Minot and raised two children. Their daughter, Ali, and her husband, Chris, have two children, Casey and Jordan, and they live in West Fargo. Their son, Mark, lives in Maple Grove, MN. While in Minot, Teresa worked for Gary Lybeck at Lybeck Insurance and later worked at 1st Western Insurance. Teresa and Dale moved to West Fargo July 1, 2008. While in Fargo, Teresa worked part-time for Western Insurance. She is currently licensed in property and casualty and works out of our Fargo office. Kristi L. Laframboise, Agent Kristi was born and raised on a diversified farm near Gladstone, ND. Her family raised beef, dairy cattle and grew small grains. She attended Dickinson State University and graduated with a major in Business and Agriculture. For the last three years, she has been working in the crop insurance industry. Kristi worked for the Natural Resources Conservation Services for seven years. She worked with producers in Ward, Pierce, Divide, Lamoure, Hettinger and Barnes counties. Kristi and her three children, Sabrina, Ethan and Seth have recently moved back to Turtle Lake. Kristi started working with Town and Country Insurance Agency in May, 2011 and works out of the Turtle Lake office. She is licensed in crop, property and casualty, life and health insurance.
