Meet Our Team

Brent grew up in the Stanley area, where his father owned and operated a John Deere dealership and farmed in the Berthold area. Brent received his bachelor's degree in business management from Minot State University with a minor in accounting. He has been in the insurance industry since 1999, working with farm, property and casualty insurance and Multi-Peril Crop Insurance.

Brent is married to Feliciti and they have seven kids and four grandchildren.

Becky (Henry) Braaten was born and raised on a family farm in Westhope, ND, with her 5 siblings. She graduated from Westhope High School and went on to attend UND Williston on a basketball scholarship. That’s where she graduated with an AA degree and met her husband, Sheldon. She went on to Bemidji State University for another 2 years of basketball and a BS degree in Mass Communications.

She is a former anchor/reporter for KXMB in Bismarck. She also worked as an inquiry insurance specialist for the ND Insurance Commissioner, and that’s where her love for insurance started. The Braatens moved back to Westhope in 1998 to take over the family farm. Prior to Town & Country Insurance, she was SVP of insurance at a local bank. She is the recipient of the Kernel Award and the Durum Growers Person of the Year for her work in the personal T yield Pilot Program.   

Becky and Sheldon have 5 children & 2 grandchildren: Kaydee, Alisha (Austin), Hunter (Kim), Ellie and Walker. She spends her free time following her kids' sporting events and working in her yard.

Brent grew up in Ortonville, MN. He graduated from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and currently lives in Detroit Lakes, MN. Brent has over 30 years of insurance experience working in a variety of markets and roles. In addition to helping homeowners, farm owners and business owners with property risks, he has experience in financial and estate protection.

Brent and his wife Jennifer have two grown daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, boating and singing. He is an active member of his church and Rotary Club in Detroit Lakes.

Denise (Fix) Krebsbach was born and raised in rural Garrison, ND. She has been in the crop insurance industry since 1985 in one capacity or another. From assisting agents to becoming an agent and supervisor to working with a well-known crop insurance company as a Claims Supervisor. Most recently, Denise worked at a local Ag lending association as the Insurance Coordinator, which included working with a team of 24 agents, training insurance staff and leading peer reviews.

Keith grew up on a farm between Des Lacs and Ryder. He earned his degree in Agricultural Economics at NDSU. Keith has many years of experience with auto, home, business, farm, life, health, and long-term care insurance, plus financial services. He and his wife Linda have two children and two granddaughters. Keith enjoys spending time with family, humanitarian travel, gardening, cooking and reading. ​
